From the M5, at Sandygate roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A376 (signposted Exmouth. Continue straight ahead until you reach another roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto the A376 (signposted Exmouth).
Once you enter Exmouth continue straight ahead until you reach the junction at the end of Hulham Road and GypsyLane. Keep in left hand lane then turn left onto Gipsy Lane (signposted Budleigh Salterton (B3178).
At the small roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Withycombe Village Road. Bear left onto Withycombe Road and at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Marlpool Hill.
Continue forward onto Claremont Grove. At the traffic signals turn left onto Salterton Road (B3178). Continue along Salterton Road for about 2 minutes until you pass the Cranford Avenue Sport Centre.
Turn right onto Elwyn Road. The development will be on your immediate right hand side.
